"The doctor was really easy to talk to…"
The doctor was really easy to talk to and actually listened, which I appreciated. They explained things in normal, simple words instead of making it all sound too medical or confusing. I didn’t really feel rushed or anything, and by the end I felt a lot clearer about what was going on.

"Quick and easy results"
I was really happy with how fast everything came through, I thought I’d be waiting around much longer but my results came back quickly and were really easy to understand, I didn’t have to chase anyone or stress about what was going on which was such a relief, I’d definitely use Hertility again.

"Packed well, no issues"
It showed up really nicely packed, honestly. The box felt sturdy and everything inside looked clean, no dents or leaks or anything weird like that. I also liked that it wasn’t, you know, overly packed with a ton of extra stuff. Just simple, but still safe. So yeah, happy with it overall

I sent it back in the post and, it all went smoothly. I was half expecting some sort of hassle because returns can be weirdly complicated sometimes, but no, it was fine. Packed it up, sent it off, and that was pretty much it.

I had to cancel my Hertility order after booking because my plans changed, and I was expecting it to turn into one of those annoying back-and-forth situations. Thankfully, the support team got back to me quickly and explained everything clearly.

After my test results came in, I had a follow-up call with one of the nurses. I was a little confused about what some of it meant, but she was really kind and took the time to explain everything without making me feel rushed. I asked a few random questions too, and she answered them clearly. They also sent me the next steps by email afterward, which helped a lot. I felt listened to, and that made the whole thing way less stressful.
